I think I have a job again!  I signed an offer letter, filled out their employment app, and other paperwork, Faxed it all off and got an email reply saying they got everything.  There is a mandatory drug screening, before I think its official  (Not concerned about drug testing, don't do them)
I'm just waiting them now for next step.

Really happy to hear that.  Didn't sound like you were to enthusiastic about OR anyway.

Oh. I'm still going to Oregon. :smt009  Not the best of job options, but it is temporary!  I need to keep telling me that.    I'm looking at this as a positive, for a few reasons. First being, all the darn water there!  I should be able to CPR something up there! Second, all the state parks!  I'll be able to expand my hat pin & patch collection with new from all the parks.  Photo op pertunities Crater lake?

I am bummed that, from all the places I've applied to and interviewed at, none seemed to care enough to call me back or contact me via snail mail email whatever.  Kinda rude if ya ask me. Makes me a little disappointed in the California job market.

With so many people looking/applying for jobs, they won't bother reply to us if we don't have the "matched" experience they're required!  Out of the 500+ jobs I've applied for online, less than 1% of them sent me a thank you email.

Congrats, 2010 is your year man.  Now, you can buy the keg for Albion!
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
