Any duck hunters out there????

I used to hunt the bay, redwood city area, when I had a small aluminuim boat. Was thinking of giving it a try in the yak. Any thoughts, experience, ect; bring it on!

Still legal... I go duck hunting in RWC from my yak a few times each season... no hassles from the game warden (been checked on the water once and at the ramp once), and only limited hassles from the stupid BASK anti-everything bunny-huggers.

I have used my smaller green frenzy at Tule Lake.  It worked well.  Just make sure you shoot toward the bow, and don't swing more than about 45 degrees off either side.  It would probably take a side shot if you were well balanced, but I didn't want to tip over if I was a little off balance.  If you pull into the tule banks, it really becomes stable.

I just took a few decoys I set on the back deck, and some netting I spread over the deck.
