Not sure, but its not very heavy.  The gel/ice pack is about a foot and a half square and looks like a sheet of Raviolis.  I only use the ice nowadays when its truly hot out, like in baja.  Otherwise it keeps your fish pretty well without it unless your out a REALLY long time.
