bummer futhel, but i think all have forgotten some vital piece at one time or another, i once got to a place, rigged the yak, rigged all the rods and carted down to the water, took the cart back to the truck, walked back to the yak and went to launch and reached for my paddle and the biggest DOH moment, it was at home, hope things go better tommorow, cameron

Keep your chin up, futhel.  I think it's totally cool that you're hanging with your Pop going fishing on the weekend.  When I was your age I blew off fishing with my Dad in favor of hanging out with my friends.  It took many years before I realized what I was missing out on, and I feel really lucky that I ended up hooking back up with my Dad for lots of fishing and outdoors stuff later.  Thanks for reporting, and have fun tomorrow.   :smt001

At least you got OTW for 3 hours which is much better than most of us staying at home or work!  Thanks for the report Mike and if you forgot the kayak but remember the gears then you can still fish from shore  :smt003
