I have this fiberglass kayak lying around in my yard.  I got it from a friend a long time ago.  I tried it once and it does not track well, so I never used it again.  Can anyone tell me anything about this kayak?

Since it turns so easily (with every stroke it swings to the side), is it a whitewater kayak?  Thanks.

It's an old whitewater slalom boat.  Looks like 70's vintage.  Yeah, it likely doesn't track well, but i bet you it will out paddle any sit on top....by a long shot.  Put a rudder on it.

Nice looking yak ... simple, clean lines.
