Looks good, but it doesn't seem to be water proof like the the one posted earlier by troutnut.

$269 gets you a HD 1080p video camera that shoots 5MP stills also, WATERPROOF to 180', made to mount to a surfboard.

I did see that one, but here is a link to a comparison LINK. Vholdr is water resistant, so you can get it wet, you just can't go diving with it.

Thanks I am going to be purchasing something soon because my two year old took my digital apart and it doesn't work now.  :smt010  I don't plan on getting it wet so water resistance is enough.  Thanks
