Del Valle this Sunday

It's that time of year for me again when I start hitting Lake Del Valle regularly. Sunday will be my first trip this season. My wife and I plan on launching around 7:30 am. Company welcome! BTW, this is an excellent place for newbs and I'm happy to share my knowledge of the lake.

Those were magic words... newbie... and your willingness to share your knowledge.  Can't do this Sunday, but let us know when you plan your second trip up there- my son and I would be very interested.

Hello fishing jay i am a newbie and I would like to came whit  you guys this sunday for kayak fishing.
am new so can you please tell me what kind of bait to bring and what kind of fish you catch at lake del Valle,or if you can please call me @ (415) 320-0008

Cool, I'll see you there James. My wife isn't feeling well this morning, so it will probably be just me.

And for others that come along be sure to have some jointed Rapalas for trout and some striper lures if they they are boiling.

I'm hoping to make it out next weekend but who knows what the storm will do to the bite.
