BLOTY2 week 3

Started 169, 167.8 this morning.  I lost WAF for not going to an in-law's birthday party yesterday, but if I had I'd still be around 169.

Started 267, was 259 last week, 257 this week.  Headed in the right direction.

Was 195 last week, stayed the same this week. I'm really beginning to wonder if I experienced some sort of bodily change due to getting older where this is just what I weigh now...?

I was 193 before the lost coast trip. a week of backpack food probably had me at 190 or less, but after the post-packing bacon-wrapped albacore, Mendo Brewing Co beer tasting, and the port tasting,  today I'm at 191.2

No change this week... still 280...

No change for me...solid 230.

Yeah, I gained this time around by a pound. I am OK with that considering the beers I have been drinking lately. I have to treat myself once in a while.

Started at about 196.5lbs. Down a little to 194lbs. Still no major changes to my diet.

Still 206.5 Daughters b-day slumber party Pizza 31 flavors ice cream cake, left over pizza with beer The temptations are too much oh yea chocolate chip pancakes for the girls the next morning.
