I visited the in-laws.  took the yak and launched at ledbetters beach and paddled north, fished from noon to about 4. fighting bronchitis.

I caught a pile of smelt and some mackeral on the sabiki. I paddled through a lot of kelp, with many bug buoys in it, but didn't really stop to fish except when I got west to the beach with henry's. Nothing hit my smelt, it was a little big, in the 6 inch range. I drift/paddled towards the beach and back out.

fun to deploy the sabiki so successfully anyway.
