Gook luck David.  Looking forward to read your report.  The Stripers should be in & around Benicia this time of year!

How'd you do out there? I went to Paradise the day before. Caught a bat ray, about twenty-five pounds and let 'er go. I ALMOST made it to Benicia, but I'm gettin' old and two days on the water is just too much. Especially since I spent about seven hours OTW. El Stupido!
You got any time this week to go somewhere? I want to go to the Klamath and get some HOGS. Salmon, of course. Perhaps an all day Wednesday and Thursday morning, then back. Want to go? Supposed to be great fishing right now. it won't last.
(The commercial nets have been pulled (subsistence nets have not, more on that latter) and the upriver action is on fire. If you are looking for Alaska type action and want to save $1000s now is the time to pulled the trigger and head to this jewel of a river.) This is from a fishing site online. That's their comment!
It would make the trip better.
