The actual hook isn't that cool. But I do like it for hard baits. The ability to quickly change may reduce the number of rods you need to bring. I know I am guilty of being to lazy to change lures.

Interesting idea. I think it has its best application for lures--have that little post on them and changing is quick and simple. Flies might be problematic (particularly smaller and dry ones as the post would be as long as the fly) as might be bait hooks in some cases.
