Zilched out fishing 10:30 a.m. til 1 p.m. off Paradise Park. Bounce trolling dead chovies. A guy in a little Whaler got four halis bounce balling flashers with live chovies behind them. He was moving real fast, just about 50 yards off the pier. Beautiful conditions and got to rotate a couple hours each fishing with my twin nephew/niece. Had the tail bit off one of the chovies. Live bait, of course, is necessary.

Thanks for the report. I believe there's something to that.  Fish I've caught there have hit on the go, but I'm still not very experienced with nailing em all.

Thanks for the report. BTW, how was the crowd on the pier?

About a dozen guys. Saw one guy pull in a solid 4 foot leopard, which broke off when he tried to lift it up. No one seemed to be setting the world on fire on the pier.
