This class seems much more comprehensive and a lot cheaper than the one I took at Wallin's few months back. If I didn't already have plans this weekend, I wouldn't mind taking it again.

Check out the guys website. If you can get 6-10 people together then he will put on a class. I would love to have a NCKA training day where we get together and do some safe freedive training.

I have used a book titled        "Freedive underwater on a single breath" This is a very comprehensive book that covers everything. I have improved from reading this book and I would recommend it to everyone. You can order the book on Amazon. Checkout the website  "deeperblue""

Is anyone interested in doing some training together.

I had to work this day. If another day becomes available and I'm off I'd love to do it.
