Not sure if I can get out this weekend but if I do, will shout out on 69.  After hearing about sardine sashimi, I asked my Dad about it.  Says when he was a kid in Japan, they used to go out with a container of soy sauce and ginger.  Within a 1/2 hour of catching they scaled, gutted, butterflied out the bones and head and chowed down.  He was smiling at the memory.

So if you are feeling particularly hella asian, there you go

I like those sardines !! But I won't able to join you fellas.  I Have a family birthday party  in Pacifica so I'm going to do some pier fishing before the party...Good luck out there. Scott leave some of those big dabbs for me latter

I will be out there with a couple friends, we usually get there at 530 or 600. We will be heading out towards tioga to do some drifting. See you OTW.
