It had a good time on Sunday fishing and meeting more of the crew. As far as fishing goes it was a slow day for the delta. I ended up with 6 fish total the long one was 14 1/4 long. not much for the delta. Again meeting more of the crew is always a good time and worth the trip. Thank Erik and fishermans warehouse for the event. And congrats to the winners. Pat R thanks for listening to me ramble about things I rambled about. Kevin and Bryan nice to have met you. See you soon.

I will spare the details, but no, urgent care is not fun - but got an antibiotic and a painkiller - was basically doubled over in pain yesterday.  Thanks for your concern..... had everything packed and ready to go on Saturday, so I was frustrated out of my mind.  :smt009

Had a great time at Tiki Lagun on Sunday, my first NCKA event.

It was HOT out there, the old guy at the marina office told me we were crazy, and that the thermometer read 105 degrees at 1pm! According to him, the hottest he's seen there.

Probably not so good to be out there hung-over with 3 hrs. of sleep, but I survived.

Awesome to see the legends of NCKA work the waters, I didn't want to be too much of a pest but I learned quite a bit about how to bass fish by observing.

Avoided (kinda) the skunk by nailing a 5" baby lunker LMB. :smt044

Thanks Eric and sponsors and NCKA for a fun time!

i just first wanna thank Eric for throwing this Great event, I truly had a blast! met sum great guys too. So it seemed everybody had a tough day out there hearing all the reports from the others, with most heard caught at 6..i guess i didnt do too bad for my first tourny and event with ncka! boated 10 total myself, lost 2, and missed a few! i guess thats wats in store when u separate from the crowd sumtimes!!!(turner cut towards main channel) came really close with my 16.25, but honestly i thought i was gunna need at least a 5lb. to feel good about place'in! Especially for the delta! Congrats to the winners, that was a close one! All winning fish within quarter inches frm each other! Next time i'll make sure I "CLOSE" the mouth all the way! Had fun tho, with no complaints! looking forward to ALL future events. Thanks eric and everyone, Fishworks916!

Like every one else it was a tuff day for me to I got two fish all day a 10” and a 12” I caught the two on a 1/4oz white spinner bait fishing in that muck is a tuff thing to do. It was great to see every one and would like to thank Eric for putting it all together and would like to thank all the sponsors for all the great stuff, thanks again.

Sonny no problem on the lures sorry they did not produce for you next time for sure.

Kevin its not rambling it was conversation, my wife always says I am a good listener. The next time you hit the Delta let me know I would like to tag along with you guys

I was trying to think like a bass: "where would I like to hide in this HOT like hell day"  :smt003

Would love to try this place again soon on a "not so HOT" day.  Saw this sign while trolling, wonder if they do OTW delivery?   :smt044

My son Eric and I had a fun day on the water. He caught a 12" LMB, I got skunked :smt010.
We enjoyed the food, prizes and, of course, the group. :smt006

Many thanks to Eric and FW for sponsoring these events.

Well, fished 3 days, caught one fish... Not much more to say!  Enjoyed the after party, as its always fun to get together with so many fun NCKA'ers!

Wow... that was scorcher!  I sure wish the fishing was as hot.  It was a big skunk for me, but it's all good.  I had a great time fishing a new place with a new Hobie i9 inflatable.  That super fun little boat is so incredibly stable and comfortable.  It ought to be the ideal boat for the rivers and remote Sierra lakes.

It was great meeting and fishing with new NCKA'ers.

A big thanks to Eric and Fisherman's Warehouse for a great tournament series!

Also, CONGRATS to Michael, Kevin, and Tom for kick'n some Delta bass.

Wow! I did as good as Chuck (and many others) I feel sooooo much better about myself. I think in that heat NOT catching heat stroke was the real goal. That little boat was pretty cool. Although I'd like to see Ariel sit in it. Now that would be funnny!

Thanks to all...Had a blast regardless of the catch.
