I have a 1977 Pace Arrow for sale. It is a 28' Class A. It has a 440 dodge in it. I just had it serviced a month ago. It seems to run good, but would not pass smog. I am not a mechanic and couldn't tell you why. It will be exempt after next year. I have done some remodeling in it, counter tops floor, some new walls. It still needs some drawers, some carpet and pad (I have the carpet and pad, just no time to install). It has 3 beds, table, bathroom with a shower, and a full kitchen. Call if you have any questions or PM me. Joe 650-359-3886

I have pictures if interested....it may need some work, but Ill let it go for $1,800.00 to anyone in NCKA.[/img]

...bummer.  Smog cert would be required for any new owner.

Just a thought-- if reg is due, send in the form for Non-operation (or whatever it's called--it's on the registration renewal form) and just leave it parked for another year until it becomes exempt.  Then sell it.

I have no idea if that's legal.  Or even Kosher.  Or whatever.
