your last such note prompted me go ahead and get the Camano at REI, and the Little Dipper caught my eye for my GF, but I don't buy anything I THINK she WOULD LIKE, because that's the best way to make sure she won't.

Of course on my first trip out with the Camano my marauder almost sank out from under me.......

do you have any experience with the Little Dipper?
