Late congrats to Dave with his keeper halibut and Martin for his striper.
And also for Dustin and Allen on their halibut. Friday was an awesome
day for most of the people that showed up. I wish I had a chance to
meet one kayaker that was always too far to see who it was. I believed
one guy was Mark but not too sure of his name. The beer and chips
after the fishing is always the high light for me. I seemed to be learning
so much more as I listen to everyones conversation of how their day
went.

Hey Cameron, how goes it bro? Yea, maybe next time if you can, try and hang out
after the fishing. There are a lot of great folks here you would love to meet. You
missed out on a great home made beer that Martin makes. Anyhow, I hope to fish
with you again.

Talk about posting late. My bad! Did score one for the table. Got to see and wave by, by, to one other and while on anchor three dogfish, also a ray. Great day, And to a big extent made that way by hanging with a cool crew of NCKA's. Thanks Jed for the hook-up, Martin for the brew and striper, Sonny for the inspiration, Juan for showing a little leg and the 3M-5200 tip, Dustin who couldn't see going to work. Allen for bringing luck, meeting Ben and all attenders. I thank you. Heal pain sucks, hope it never stops the fun/madness. dave...

Thank you for the pictures Allen.  Here are some Hali dishes that my wife made:

Hali Curry

Deep fried Hali with fresh ginger

She also made Hali soup and it's sooooo good that I ate it all before remember to take a picture  :smt003

You better invite me over sometime Sonny. I love Vietnamese food. If I knew your
wife was cooking, I would have invited myself over and brought my whole
family with me. :smt003
