trying to reduc pics: any free programs to recommend???

Trying to reduce pictures and all i have on pc is paintshop...any recommendations...have a few pic's on drive trying to upload but are way to big to do...

Also peeps were recommending image shack to use to upload pics...any input would be great....

Sledge, I like Picasa for a free editor, and you can upload and host pics from there as well.

For pure uploading you can also use photobucket. I think that when you do the upload to that site, you can choose to automatically re-size at the same time. www.photobucket.com

obkook...whats up with the signup for photobucket...gout this and gout that...I've never had it but probably after all that I might have "GOUT" "NOW"

I'm sure u were well intentioned by the time i was done with the questionnaire "I know I had gout or at least knew somebody that did"  and am still unable to upload any pics...but thank you!!!

I'm gona try mickfish's lead and see if i can do this...................maybe I can form some new afflictions....................................besides yak fishing........

I use "Fotosizer".  Its free and you do it on your own computer, not at the mercy of a webpage that can crash...
