I hit the south side of the pier today, drifting anchovies from about 3/4 out back tot he first fish cleaning station, 100yds out from the pier.  I ended up with 2 sub-legal buts, and a ray.  I helped two guys out at the pier, one guy had what he thought was a halibut on, and it tangled in the pilings, I paddle over and pull his line, and it was a big ray.  He told me to cut his line.  Next guy had no net or anyway to get his fish up to the pier, I gaffed it for him, then he lowered his bait bucket on a rope, and I tied that one on for him, about 26".  Got blown off the water at 11, there were 3-4' breakers every 2-3 seconds!  It was rough.  Good day though, dead calm in the morning, I splashed at 6.  Should have went to paradise, but never fished it and not exactly sure how to get there.  Next time I guess.

Thanks for the report even without pictures  :smt003  We're fishing in Paradise tomorrow if you want to join us.  For the direction, google "Paradise Beach Park, Tiburon, CA".

Appreciate it, I have to work in Pacifica tomorrow, and will not be able to fish, how messed up is that?
