Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

I talk to a LOT of people when I am out and about; especially on the coast.
The LAST thing I want to do is befriend someone who is a poacher.
The saying 'birds of a feather flock together' isn't too far from the truth. You gotta be careful about which flock you fly with.
Knowledge is power and a great defensive tool.
By knowing names I am protecting myself. I may not remember the names exactly, but chances are it will ring a bell when I hear it. At least I can do some follow up if it does.
I also check Megan's List in my area. I deal with the public and I have seen a couple names of people who I have personally dealt with and I just shake my head as I say to myself "You Mother F&$%#%er".
So when I say I want names it has absolutely nothing to do with race.
