Delta 5/20 Delta non-yak

Planned to hit the delta on my kayak, but my friend Frankie called me up and he wanted to take his aluminum boat on the delta and was worried so I decided to join him. Planned to fish for bass then troll for stripers at dusk then night fish for stripers after dark. OTW at 4:30 pm to decent speed wind, pretty rough in the 12' aluminum. Fishing was pretty slow, I got 4 bass on the senko and 1 striper trolling. Frankie got one bass on a worm and had a nice size fish peeling line while we were night fishing but it came off. We called it at 9pm because it was too cold and windy. Had fun, but would have had better luck in the yak like always
