Made last night along with whipped mashed taters and homemade sweet potato biscuits.

Love this recipe so I thought i would share.

1 1/2 pounds ground Bison(Buffalo) Meat
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk (add in small amounts as needed)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 medium chopped onion
1 Tbls. ketchup

Mix the everything together put it in a glass or metal pan int he form of a loaf and chuck it into a 350F oven, when meat thermometer reads 165F. pull it out and enjoy.
