Great report, Montana!
Nothing better than taking your kid fishing and getting him into fish.   Your kid will remember it for the rest of his life.
I am going to try to get my 9 year old out there too one day.

Just got my medical release today to come back to work.  As soon as I get ahead, I am going to pick up a second yak for the kids.  They range from 7, 9, and 10.  What would you guys recommend?  I was thinking a P13, that way I had a spare yak for friends, and a good one for the kids. What ya think?

I paddle one also, both my girls have paddled it  in the ocean and they love the stability of it.

Tanner you rock kid! Tell your Dad you would like a t-11 to start with. Very stable and easy to turn and manuever. This boat could be handed down when the time comes.

Monatna, keep up the good work with your kids. Also good luck returning to work.

my son started out on a prowler 13, now uses a trident 13 and loves them both.  He was 12 but small for his age when he started.
