the stowmaster nets are good but not the cheapest

I have a 20" & 24 "

The 20" actually telescopes out further than the bigger one, not that you really need that

www.charkbait.com has a couple folding nets that look good.

I have a non folding cheapie that looks like it will fold if it gets a big fish in it,  :smt012.

Your problem is easily solved. Since it is winter, your fishing buddies aren't using their nets. So borrow a couple and leave them
them laying around the garage. When your wife sees them you can tell her you borrowed them. This will get your wife
used to seeing nets laying around. After a couple of months buy a net and leave it around with the other two nets. After a week take one net back. Then a month later take the other net back. Your wife will be so used to looking at the nets she won't see
it anymore.

Wow that sounds like it just might work.
If I was to take a guessing you I've done this marriage thing for a while.
truth is I all ready have a couple nets, so all I really have to do is get rid of on of them when the new one comes in.
