I was way out on my tub, north and out of from that big rock @ elk, sun was going down...had had a few brews, and caught a few fish...than I get this chill up my spine/spooky and hear the ol jaws tune in my head "daaaa Daa daaaa Daa" I'm all by myself and I'm thinking "not good" better get the freak back to shore...nothing happened but...then I'm at ocean cove tubing straight out in the bay tied up to some kelp using live blues...hammering lings...get back to shore and these scuba guys start talking to me...guy says "hey mate, u look like bit a bait floating around out there" starts talking how i was over sand, and sharks come up ambush... I said "Thanks a Freaking lot" good naturally... :smt003 but after that i got a yak!! :smt044

my search consisted of walking into a place in Santa Rosa the only place open! and purchased the only one they had...had a rod holder...asked the guy is this a ocean kayak? will it sink?...he said yes, and i dont think so, its got all those holes in it :smt004...said I'd take it...pelican....been through thick and thin, I've drug it down that blacktop access @ stillwater cove...I'm tough on it...cost $500.00 I figured I'd learn on it and get a Hobie when i could afford it...mirage drive rocks....all though i just made a set of wheels for it out of some old tubeless wheel chair wheels....and a lot of welding....

Looks like sailfish is tryin to hook us up... I'm tryin that recipe tomorrow thx...

I'd have to say I'm single, and from that little pic of Michelle on her yak...looks pretty hot... :smt007 Just kidding... I don't want to get kicked off for hitting on a hotty...and Michelle I was going to add one of these :smt008 but thought ummm  :smt003...can I joel???

Aloha steelerhead/Jeff  does your wife kayak with u? and next ? does she have any single kayaking girlfriends..... :smt003 LOL...

JTF maybe the early 70's/80's oh alright all the way up to 09 been known to "party hardy"...some brain cells.... but it might of been 07 :smt004 does slinging a fish count tourney wize???

And a Yo to Banjotad, liberty and all....thx for the come backs....

Be meeting up with u guys sometime in the future...would love to do some of these meets.....gota be a blast....
