Fresno Bee Podcast

  I know many of you have more experiance than I so when I was asked by the local paper to do a podcast about Kayak fishing I was reluctant to agree. After a bit of persuading I figured at the very least it would be a good basis for new yak-anglers to use.

Nice video, most beginners should find this pretty helpful. Maybe a little bit more on safety precautions would be appropriate.

Being a newbie... I found both the audio & video casts very helpful and would encourage you and others to do more. I think it's great to share what you know well understanding the boundaries of your expertise.

For future recordings, I love to learn more about:

- trolling
- jigging
- use of a downrigger
- use of an anchor / drag chute

All as they apply to kayak fishing of course 

The above stated, nothing is a good as an in-person visit -- I learned a ton from Eric on a recent visit to Fisherman's Warehouse in Fresno!
