Got to ARW an hour later than planned, just in time to see Lucky13 [Earnest] leaving. He gave me the lay of the land eerrrr.. water, and his last remaining shiner. An older guy had just come in with a nice striper and Earnest had seen him trolling by the break in the wall, so off I went. It was a beautiful day, and the fish didn't hurt  :smt001. Thanks Earnest, I only got one weak bite on my frozen bait, so I suspect you made my day. I should also note the fish was only hooked on the stinger, missed the forward hook entirely.

Sounds good. Howz about Don Pedro for LMB? I met a guy who claimed multiple double digit fish last spring. He also out fished me 4 to 1 at a private pond he invited me to  :smt011 so I have no reason to doubt him.

I'm glad it worked out better for you. I drifted thru that area serveral time before you showed up, but nada. I had a good work out, though. It was my first time out on salt water with my kayak. Nice meeting you!

Hey guys, how was the water clarity. I was over by OP today and landed at 30 butt. I'll post up after I get the pictures from my phone. Hoping to make ARW tomorrow, but if the clarity is worst than OP, I might go back the other way.

Water clarity wasn't good.  I couldn't see my dodger after it was down a foot or so.
