Looking to  hit a lake or two, open to suggestions.

I'm going to try and hit the river after work tomorrow evening, either drop in @ Bonnyview and hit the island or maybe leave the yak at home and walk in to the mouth of clear creek.  Only if this wind dies down though!

Boy I wish I could.  I am headed to Sacramento to start my Physics/ Engineering/AutoCad training for work.  I will be tied up the next few weeks learning and studying for my reconstruction series of tests.....no fishing for me. Sniffle.....

I will give you a holler when I get back.

That could be a waste of time IMO. There's not much left (I got em all  :smt003). The swell out where you'd have the best luck is suppose to be big and possible pot draggers. Things could mellow by Sat but right now there are some steep seas. Best to hit the lake unless your into birds. We've got our annual Bird nerd festival this weekend, www.Godwitdays.com

I love the custom Bitch-Seat, Allen!  I'd take the back seat - then you'd never have to stop to let me pee!   :smt005

I ran the idea through the war department, and it got shot down like a low-flying duck.  Apparently GMS III has burned all my WAF points for the season (at least for overnight trips).

Fishing should be on fire up there this weekend, tight lines!

Looks like I'm the only northerner/local going :smt009

Looking forward to finally meeting otobepelagic and FisHunter :smt004

This trip should be educational as I'm a Trout guy that's going on my first bass hunt, even picked up some plastics and crank baits today, hope the bite is on and they like what I throw at them :smt002

MattS, Ben, trophy1 sorry you guys won't be representin, look forward to a hook-up with you guys soon!
