Hello All  :smt006

Anybody out there using the Seven2 ISO (http://www.seven2.com/) paddle. As a yak newbie I am looking for the right balance of performance and price and at ~$120 this looks like it might be a good starter paddle. Specs are:

Weight: 940g / 33 oz
Blade: Fiberglass
Lengths: 220 and 230 cm (at 6'0" tall and a T15 boat width of 29" think I'd opt for the 230cm length)
Shaft: Carbon fiber

Thanks!
Jeff (a.k.a. Steelerhead)

Steelerhead, I don't know anything about that paddle, but I am a newbie too just north of you in Morgan Hill.  You should PM (see profile) me sometime about hitting Coyote, Calero, or Anderson.  I yak mostly in the Sacto area in summer.---Barefoot1

Hi everyone - I ordered the paddle from Backcountry.com ($120 out-the-door) and should be delivered by UPS to my home in Gilroy tomorrow... Now, all I need is the yak!  :smt001

Thanks,
Jeff (a.k.a. Steelerhead)

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

Sorry but I didn't see this in time. I have the seven2 paddles at the Pro Sport Center in Eureka and will have a couple at Shelter Cove for the opener if anyone wants to try one.
