Wow awesome story and pics.  Maybe next time I do a remote Big Sur trip I'll try fishing rocks like that along the shore. 

Pat, this report of involving the family makes me feel like we are making great strides.  If we involve the family, we will be able to extend our adventures beyond our greatest dreams.  What a great group and group of friends we are developing through this web site.  Since the Perch Derby, Dr. Yabu has been in constant contact with me and I feel I have developed a lifelong friend as well as yourself.  Long live NCKA.
