Back down to my low again of 284.  Started at 308 = 24 lbs total.

I know we started out saying that this should last for 3 months as a trial.  I'm more than game to keep it going or start a new round if others want to jump in.  For whatever reason, BLOTY has been a great motivator for me.

BLOTY has been great for me too.  Back on track this week.  First week in the 0's.  Started at 220, now 2-Oh-nine and a half...over half way to my goal of 200.  Woohoo!

Continued to eat less (except one round of lau lau and Primo mayhem with my seestah).  Rowed with Mikey on Friday and then ran another 5k in Sac on Sunday and improved my time by minutes since the Willits Classic...although I'm still SLOW!!

I second that!

The weight is slow coming off but I am definitely in better shape with the increased exercise. This past weekend I wasn't phased in the least at the moderate altitude where in the past I would have felt the effects. Let's keep the this going....

week one 205.6

I've still got 10lbs to go to my min goal (26lbs total), so I'd like to keep going.  BLOTY helps alot to avoid overindulging on the weekend...

Start 194.7
w1 194
w2 192.2
w3 187.8
w4 188.4
w5 187.8
w6 186.0
w7 185.8
w8 183.0
w9 183.2
w10 184.0
w11 181.2
w12 178.8
15.9 lbs total, 8.17%.
This was a good week/weekend.  My wife is dieting hard too (I almost passed her a month ago and that terrified her) that helps a lot because she isn't lobbying to eat out or bringing home pizzas.  I may keep chasing her down well below my current target, shoot I'll cut to 140 if it keeps working.   :smt079

It seemed I had gain this time over the weekend. I will not be too hard on myself
though. Being away from home and eating out all the time did it for me. I'll just
say to myself that it was a reward for sticking it out all this time. Now it is back to
situps and running once more. Starting weight was 171.2lbs.

Sorry for the late post,
This was a bad week for me as far as BLOTY goes.
Chippiono feed on Wed. followed by a Pizza party for my son (and beer for me) yesterday.
Looks like I gained 2lbs.
