Palo Alto Harbor 4/1

Gonna hit up the harbor for leopards and rays in the AM. Should be on the water by 9:30 ish. Company welcome. I don't think you need to use the radio. I am sure I will be the only one out there.

I got there later then expected and the wind was already blowing....So I bailed. Will try again early next week.
