Hit the lake yesterday afternoon and it felt like fall. Windy and cool, and nobody on the lake. Birds are on the lake. Saw one medium boil at 5:00, trolled to it and got slammed, but it didn't stick. Got slammed again 20 minutes later and it didn't stick again   No more action for a while so I moved on. Wind laid down around 7:00. Saw them boiling where I was as I was loading up the trailer.    Water conditions are near perfect...its only a matter of days.

Thanks for the report Sean. I'm gonna come up Wed or Thurs. North or South end? Trolling minnows?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Is that the point on the west side of the lake just below Angles camp where we see so many close collisions on weekend summer days?

No...that is vinegar point.  Long point is across the lake to the south near the boat in campground.
