Started at 220, now 210.  A pound a week indeed.  10 weeks in, 10 pounds off. 1/2 way there!!!!   :groupwave :groupwave

Continued to eat less, went on an epic 20 mile MTB ride and hammered it out, and then 5 hours of drifting...a great weekend.

Well I started at 253 and now at 228.
Had some distractions along the way but I'm headed in the right direction again.
Thanks again for all the support of NCKA.
I am now only 8lbs. away from my goal of 220.

Stayed flat at 285... got lots of exercise this weekend moving from the house we just sold into a temporary rental.  Moving sucks, but it is a great workout.  Surprised I didn't lose any from that... though my apetite was pretty healthy from all the activity too.

It was a bad weekend, started off with 180.6 on sat morning, but a homebrew meeting and a bunch of take-out filipino food followed.  Stuff like crispy pata (google that), tocino and some kind of salad that was half pork belly.  Other than that, last week went pretty well and I got a lot of exercise Friday and Sunday mowing weeds to prevent them going to seed.

Finally some productive week for me exercise wise. I just need to find some kind of
snack that isn't cookies, chips, and sodas. Lost 1.5lb this week. Much better than
last week which was 0lb. Starting weight again was 171.2 I still have 13lbs to go.

dude, Pspark dropped a cool 80 pounds last week.  :smt003   Seriously, good effort all!  With daylight savings time and the fair spring weather, get off the couch, and start putting out like mothergrabbers.  summer, and the salt season, is right around the corner!

Just for the record,
The 10 who have posted for week-10 have lost a total combined weight of 139.5 lbs.
That's like another whole person.
Congratulations on the will to get fit and keep it going.
