Granite Bay, Folsom Lake - non kayak 01/02/10

Sorry, this is non-fishing too. I just had to share.

I did it! Completed my first (and maybe only) duathalon today. 2 mile run / 7 mile bike ride / and another 2 mile run. Beat my best training time by 10 min. Finished in 1:21:30. Not too bad for an old guy.

My sons Eric and Eddie joined me. Eric finished in 1:04. Eddie paced and encouraged me the last two miles.
