Are the Forebay & San Luis Reservoir affected?
San Luis is a State facility and it is in a different County.

Now Loch Lomond???  :smt011 Thats 5 minutes from my house! They are going to lose a lot of revenue as on any given weekend there are a lot of yakkers, rafters, canoers, and people bringing up their row boats and their families for picnics and boating...

As much as I hate the inspection fees, waiting for the inspection, having to lower the yaks off the Explorer, etc....I put up with it for the sake of being on one of the nicest little reservoirs in our part of the country..

Now it's gone for at least this year..

Yup.  I don't remember paying any inspection fee last season, the ranger gal did her inspection and gave me the slip to hand to the guy at the counter.  $9 $3 for cartop (kayak) and $6 to park.
So why even have inspectors now when there not going to let anyone launch a vessel?  It sucks.

Took some pics before X-Mas and some yesterday on the way back from the fish n' chill.   Saw a few people out there fishing, but with visibility like this, how can you catch anything?

TOO bad no boating... There was a big sign in RED saying no boats allowed...

And I am sure with the NEW PIPES...we will be waiting years for them to allow boats.
