Hi,
My brother fishes all the time at Linda Mar on our yellow two-person Sea Kayak. He's been out now for hours and hours and hours. Has anyone been there today (Friday) and seen him fishing?? Let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Glad to hear he's safe and sound.

Probably got carried away fishing, not realizing the time.  Was there a hot bite?

That was me...I was at Linda Mar, caught a cab, then hooked and lost 10 or so fish over the next 6 hours! Some of them were big fish. Very frustrating, but I was determined to bring home more than a cab as gas is so expensive...
Then, at the end of the day, I'm about to call it quits, and I set my rod down to clean the cabezon, leaving the lure in the water. BAM! It doubles over and I bring in a 25" ling. Then it was time to go home.
A cop rolled up in the parking lot and asked me if I have a brother named Ally..."Yeah," I replied, and then it hits me..."What time is it?"
I was out for 7 hours or so...next time I'l bring my cell phone. It's good to have people concerned I guess.
May the fish be mighty and the seas be meek...
