yep I got to say I feel real good, it's nice not having a gut no more the best part
was when I went snowboarding I could bendover and strap in to my bindings no problem
before I had to let out a big breath just so i could reach my toes  :smt012

one good thing is I can go workout when ever I want witch is everyday. Today I will
do upper body all light weights about 1.1/2 hours hitting all the machines and some free weights
i don't want to get any bigger as far as arms go but for legs I'm doing heavy lifting
with all this kayaking my legs have been neglected so i need to get them in shape.

As for my diet I eat less and I don't eat at night like I did before.
I'm eating allot of food just not crap like no pizza no mac & cheese no sweets at all
but I never like that anyway. no 1A combos from from the Mexican joint no heavy beer  :smt010
I will drink but only light beer and only 6 no more than that and only once a week F%$#
that hurts but until I get to 185 pounds I will stick with it because I don't want to be fat anymore

WORD Duane :smt006

ps light beer sucks :smt013

I'm traveling again this week, todayI'm down in San Luis Obispo. No access to a camera and personal computer soI'll just have to give a weight update.

I started at 197, now I'm hovering at 194.5. All this travel for work is really getting in the way of the diet and exercise.  :smt012

I'm late, too - I'm over in Sac at a conference, no camera - weighed in at 274.0 - still down from the start of 277.8 but up from a low of 271.0 - walked a bunch last week, felt good - I need to trim some more calories off the daily intake AND increase the walk/bike. I won't be back home until Thursday nite - conference food and drink are bad for this.... no escalator, no elevator, takin' the stairs!
