Well as many of you have seen there is a commercial on TV about cash for gold.
This became a topic around the shop the other day and the general concensus was that they weren't paying a fair value per pound. Having old jewelery from days (and ex-girls ) gone bye I asked a friend (a Jeweler ) what would be the best way to unload the goods and not get burned. He suggested I recycle it into something more useful. This is what he made out of an old chain and an old ring. If anyone is interested I'm sure he would be glad to do some work for you as well. PM me and I will send you his info.

Hey nice work,
and yes, those Cash for Gold things are total rip-offs. You have to contest their original offer price, then they'll give a much higher offer that's still lower than the price you could get locally. Gold ain't my thang, but if it were, I'd have your friend make me a nice grill.
