Heard a story on the radio a couple weeks ago related to this, but never found an article to post...

It went something like this...

Seems that some guys cell phone accidentally dialed 911...while he was under a car trying to rip off someones CC.  Turns out he and his buddies were discussing what they were doing, and the 911 operator picked up on it.  They informed the police and they tracked the bastards down using the GPS in their cell phone.  Think they said 4 guys were arrested due to this stupidity...

Classic, they need a separate institution just for criminal stupidity
