Ohhh lucky lucky, I heard after Feb sometime they were sending out IOU's.... can I send one in for the taxes I owe? 

I think I will try and fine the state of californication for non payment of tax reimbursement. What are the odds I get told to

Try and sue for emotional damages?  

Where I work we have complete control over changin oour tax deductions for state and federal witholding. (all done by computer, no questions asked)  I was thinking of changin mine so that I don't pay any state tax for awhile, it'll all even out at the end of the year but it would be kinda like I was sending them the IOU for awhile.

but in the end, they'd get me for something, I'm not for getting in trouble just for the principle of it anymore.

I was joking around the other day that I should send in my property tax payment with an IOU!  hmm ya that probably won't work. I really wonder how many people this next year claim differently on there income tax so they actually get their money.
