The economist just railed them and pointed out that their mercury warning is an out-and-out lie. Omega-3 being better for you than mercury is bad, exposure to fish-based mercury is correlated to increased intelligence.  ;)

I love the 'sea kitten' stock photo they chose too.  ;)

The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.

Except they don't actually cite the study that says this, they just call it "another study". That's a very provocative statement to make without providing any links or info to the actual study. More lazy bs science journalism; come on, if it's worth reporting, give the citation.  :smt013  :smt013.

One of the comments to the Economist article:

I just had a look at www.seakittens.com and to my surprise, the ad at the top of the page is for Omaha Steaks. Real meat steaks. Dripping with blood.

Is this someone's little prank ? Quite clever, really!

Just checked - it's true!  Pretty funny!  Bill, did you do that...?

BTW, just today I was at Safeway & happened to look over at one of those sticker-selling gumball machines & something caught my eye. A sticker in the display said P.E.T.A. Upon closer inspection it read People Eating Tasty Animals!  I gave it a go with 50 cents but got some other lame sticker - wasn't willing to keep dropping quarters for the chance at the right one.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
