Pentax Optio W20 = last chance at 100 dollars.

I have decided to slash the price on the Pentax Optio W20 waterproof camera to 100 dollars. I already have an offer from Craigslist, but I want to give you guys one last shot at it. Please reply ASAP, as I accepted his offer but haven't heard back yet.

What's the depth rating?  What card comes with it?  Have any extra batteries?  How's the video?  How's the audio?

No extra battery. The card is 512 MB. I have never shot video with it, so I don't know anything about that.
