maybe we can all get some sort of distinctive nametags and pick them up at one of the booths manned by nckaers?

Everybody should just bring their paddle so we can recognize each other!   

I'll be going on Saturday or Sunday, whichever day has the worse forecast for Monterey/Santa Cruz.  I plan on fishing this weekend, dammit!  (Sand dabs and/or macs, if anyone wants to join me)  In any case I'll be sure to stop by and say hi to everyone!

I'll be going Saturday as well, trying to get some friends to go with me too. 

As far as discounts, they really willing to make good deals?  I'm still looking for a second yak, and if the pricing was good, maybe I would pick one up there! 

  Some vendors will have "Show sales" or deals.  I've seen them on float tubes, & kick boats in past shows.  so, you might find something to interest you. (Specially if its the last day, less for them to carry back ?)

Shannon and I will be there Saturday, pretty easy to spot, take a look at my avatar, it is embroidered on the back of my jacket with "Dark Kings Fishing Club" above that.
I am sure I can also spot out distinctive Eric when I see him 

I live close to the Fairgrounds, if you want to save a few bucks on parking, try parking at the CAL Trans station at Hillsdale and Pacific. It is 2 bucks vs the 8 at he fairgrounds.  Saturdays should not be too full with commuters.  Once you park and pay, turn right if your facing the parking meter and then go through the pedestrian walk way that runs parallel to the wrecking yard that was the race track. it is about a 1/4 mile or so walk, when you get to the Security point at the far end ask the guard where the entrance is.  I had gone to the motorcycle show a couple of weeks ago and the ticket sales were on the opposite side. So I ended up taking the senic tour of the fairgrounds.

   Ok I know someone had to make the show yesterday, where-abouts is the NCKA booth? What pavillion are they located in?

I saw Allen next to Hi's and Diawa, Aquan was over in the far corner from the entrance.  Allen had some NCKA printed out pictures, but I ddin't notice a NCKA booth, but I wasn't sure if they were going to be there or not.  It was hard to get past all the "Fish Alaska, Cabo, Africa," etc stands.
