I have a trailer that is made from a chevy long bed. The trailer has a lumber rack that I put the kayaks on. I want to do some customizing over the winter. I'm thinking maybe a fold out kitchen or or a removeable canvas camper shell.

I saw the thread with all the kayak trailers. most of them were smaller trailers with just kayak racks. I'm looking to take it to the next level for a winter project. any suggestions or pictures would help. I'm pulling it with an F350 crew cab that has a camper shell and yakima rack. I know it sounds like I already have too much room but I often take my family of five and even my kids friends. I have three yaks plus my friends and their kids have yaks.
Everybody dies, not everybody lives. What did you do today?

Go to an RV salvage yard and get a propane powered refrigerator, of course adding a propane tank to the trailer raises allot of safety issues, but it will also give you a supply for the stove in your fold out kitchen.

I had a really ratty old cabover camper years ago, but the propane refer worked great, I haven't been without one since. They work great,

You can get them new but a salvaged one may be cheaper,

Sounds like a fun project.
