For anyone looking for a marine radio, Boaters World has a good deal.  The Icom M-34, floating and waterproof, is on sale for $129 on-line.  Boaters World pays the sales tax and shipping.  In addition, there is a $20 mail-in rebate which brings the cost down to $109.  I couldn't buy a replacement battery for my old unit for that price so I ordered an M-34 last night.  Today is the last day of the sale.  Boatersworld.com

That's a really good deal Grumpy!  I'm on my second M34 now, since my clumsiness claimed my first one at Del Valle in May.  At that price, I would add on the remote floating mic!  I love using mine!
