Hey Friends, got A stupid question on Boat inspections. Does anyone know what the procedures are if its raining? Technically that's A wet boat. Right?

Depends on where you are, but when I went to Del Valle in the rain they said that as long as my boat was clean outside and inside, and there was no water inside my hull or soaked into my pfd then there is no problem. I met the criteria and was permitted to launch.
