after debating whether to post this or not, I finally decided I would, since we're a community and all that crap.

I am however, going to leave it a little - you figure it out-- since I don't want to take away the entire sense of adventure.

I fished all alone in the corte madera/san quentin area today-- for over 40 fish (lost count) in about 3 1/2 hours (9-12:30), plus at least that many hits that I missed.  Most were smallish about 15 or 16inches, but a few were decent in the low 20s.

the fish were feeding on baitfish that were just outside the pickleweed, and just on the drop-offs on the edge of the channels in 6-10 feet of water. There were very large schools- visible on the finder, and most of my fish came casting.

So, now you have to figure out where you might find pickleweed, and a channel or two in the san quentin area...shouldn't be too hard-- see you there tomorrow.

Hey Steve. I'm going to head there tomorrow too. Are you launching from the Marina?  -Gabe
