Fort Ross 11-7-08

I arrived at the fort with my buddy Tom @ about 0730 and met up with Jason and Phil. Two other yakers also there, but not to chatter though.

We put in and headed south. Tap tap went the line...I pulled in the littlest ling ever (pics to follow).

Once we got to our destination a sea lion came over....Not sure if she was trying to fight me or do something else to me, but either way I was nervous. She circled my boat, blew bubbles and did laps underneath me. She stuck that long neck up out of the water and we yelled at each other for a while, but she lost interest and soon left.

Fishing was hot and cold...I came home with six. blues and browns.

Tom took seven home, including two big reds.

Jason nice to see you again, and Phil it was nice to meet you. Thanks for the crab info...I'll have to bring my pots next time.

day and came home with some fish. How was the weather and how high was the
